Enrollment Requirements 

Here are a few requirements for a child to be enrolled in the Center:

1. The Center is licensed to enroll children ages 2 1/2 yr. Old through 5 yr. Old / Pre- Kindergarten
2. Children must have a current and up to date shot record.
3. A physical is required for a child to attend.
4. All required forms completed
5. $40.00 Annual Enrollment Fee paid. This fee is Non-Refundable.
